Exports
Getting data out — as a deck, a plan, a spreadsheet, or everything at once.
Four exports, each for a different moment. All of them are generated on request from live data — there is nothing to schedule and nothing that goes stale.
Executive deck (.pptx)
A PowerPoint readout of a cycle: portfolio health, per-project status and the narratives people wrote. This is the one that replaces a day of someone's week, and it is usually the first thing that makes leadership care that the tool exists.
It carries your branding if you are on a plan that includes it, which matters when the deck gets forwarded to people who have never heard of StatusLoop.
Project plan (.xlsx)
One project's phases, tasks, owners, dates and statuses as a spreadsheet. Useful for a working session where people want to sort and filter, or to hand to someone who will not log in.
Updates (.csv)
Submitted updates as rows. This is the one to use for your own analysis — coverage over time, how often projects change rating, which teams answer late.
Full organization export (.xlsx)
Admin-only. Every table in your organization as a separate sheet in one workbook — spaces, programs, projects, tasks, updates, people, OKRs and the rest.
What exports do not do
- There is no scheduled or emailed export — you take them when you want them.
- There is no import that reverses them. The full export is for reading and archiving, not for restoring into StatusLoop.
- Exports contain whatever you can see. An admin's organization export contains the whole organization.
