Branding

Your logo, colours and RAG palette — and what is and is not configurable.

StatusLoop can carry your organization's branding, which matters mostly because the exported deck gets shown to people who have never heard of StatusLoop and should not have to.

What you can change

Logo
Supplied as a URL to an image you host. It appears in the sidebar and on exports.
Primary and secondary colour
Used for accents through the interface.
RAG palette
Your own three colours for red, amber and green. Useful if your organization already has an established status palette people read at a glance.

Changing the RAG palette thoughtfully

Be careful here. Red, amber and green carry meaning people already know, and overriding them with colours that read differently — or that are hard to tell apart for a colourblind reader — undermines the one signal the whole product is built on. If you change them, keep red clearly the alarming one.

Projects with no status set show in grey, and that is not configurable. “Nobody has said” needs to look different from every real status, or it quietly reads as fine.
